Owner and head mixologist of NJAC, Josh Pugh, will take charge of the popular craft bar for one night only, with a menu completely designed and served by him, alongside the bartenders of the Craft Bar. The menu will consist of four themes; Tiki, Gin, Winter Wonderland and 007.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our skills, imagination and cocktail design to the cocktail lovers of Salisbury. It will also be great for potential clients to come and see us in action and try our cocktails before they book us for their event,” said owner Josh Pugh.
“It is essential for us to work alongside other Salisbury businesses to network, but also because we can develop fresh ideas from peers in the industry. With the long and unsociable hours of bar work, it also helps to make you feel more sane!” Josh added.
“The cocktail industry is growing everywhere and Salisbury is no exception. We are slowly developing a bar culture in Salisbury where cocktails with fresh ingredients and quality spirits are seen as better value- for-money than pitchers of juice and a little booze. I absolutely love promoting quality craft cocktails and truly believe there is something for everyone, even if it’s a non-alcoholic cocktail,” Josh said.
Josh and NJAC are excited for the Christmas period – and a busy 2016 filled with cocktails.
“At NJAC we are planning a very high profile wedding over the Christmas period, and a few Christmas parties. We love the festive time; everyone is in a good mood and wants to have fun at our bar!
“For 2016, we’re already booking in weddings and will be back at Salisbury Racecourse for selected dates. We will also be launching our new programme Educating Margarita, to help young adults understand the value of alcohol awareness,” Josh added.
