How to make the perfect Beach Iced Tea

We have been asking all our staff what their favourite cocktails are and why.

Next up our logistics manager, Christian, told us why a beach iced tea is his favourite cocktail. Now we are sharing his recipe for a perfect beach iced tea every time.

1. Firstly choose a tall glass to serve your drink in

2. Next you will need a cocktail shaker filled to about the half way point with ice. Pour equal 12.5 ml measures of vodka, gin, white rum, blanco tequila and triple sec into the shaker

3. Now you'll need to add equal 12.5 ml measures of lime juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup into your cocktail shaker

4. Close your shaker using the lid (or another shaker if you don't have a lid) and give it a good shake

5. Once you have done this put ice cubes into your serving glass and pour the drink from the shaker into the glasses

6. Then you top up the glass with roughly 25 ml of cranberry juice

7. To serve top with a lemon or lime slice
