How to make the perfect Pina colada

We have been asking our bartenders what their favourite cocktails are and our newest bartender, Riley, chose a Pina colada. Now let's learn how to make the perfect Pina colada.
First you'll need to get your blender ready
Next pour 2 shots of golden rum, 4 shots of pineapple juice 1 shot of coconut cream and 1 shot of double cream into your blender
Add one scoop of ice into the blender with your spirits
Blend the ingredients together until smooth
Then you are ready to serve. We suggest using a tall glass, garnished with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
Last step is to enjoy!
